IAM4RE.eu was proudly presented at the ASTP Annual Conference in Vilnius, Lithuania, on 22 May 2025. The event celebrated 25 years of advancing knowledge and technology transfer across Europe. During the "Knowledge Stock Exchange" session within the “Ecosystem Insights” track, Lucija Rogina (RISE), a project partner of IAM4RE.eu, introduced the project to an international audience of knowledge transfer professionals, academic institutions, and innovation stakeholders.
We’re pleased to share that the presentation was delivered to a full room, highlighting strong interest in IAM4RE.eu’s objectives and its contribution to the future of research and innovation ecosystems. The session focused on our mission to strengthen Intellectual Asset Management and promote standardisation practices within public research organisations and academic institutions. These efforts aim to support a more inclusive, strategic, and impactful approach to research-based entrepreneurship.

The official launch of the Landscape Analysis Survey during the conference marked an important milestone for the project. Developed by ASTP, a partner in the consortium, the survey focuses on two main areas: how the EU Codes of Practice on Knowledge Valorisation are being implemented and where gaps in skills and institutional capacity still exist. The in sights gathered will serve as a valuable foundation for designing targeted training modules and support tools that address real needs across the research and innova tion ecosystem.
As part of the presentation, we also showcased several types of training programs that will be developed through the project. These training opportunities will be available for participation later in 2026, and are de signed to support capacity-building across the research and innovation ecosystem.
We warmly invite public research organisations and academic institutions to follow the project and stay informed, so they can be among the first to benefit once the programs become available. It was especially encouraging that many participants approached us directly during the conference to learn more about the project and explore how they could engage further.
The project was also referenced by Smiljka Vikic-Topic (RISE) during the panel discussion “David vs. Goliath” as a notable example of supporting knowledge valorisation at the European level. Anyone interested could also find our project leaflets, which were distributed during the conference, for more information.
The involvement of ASTP as a partner in the IAM4RE.eu consortium was especially meaningful, given their key role in organizing and shaping this important event. Appreciation is also extended to Vilnius University, whose contributions as both a project partner and local host greatly enriched the overall conference experience.
