The IAM4RE Train-the-Trainer (TtT) Programme is designed to support trainers, knowledge transfer professionals, research managers, innovation support staff, and other institutional multipliers in delivering high-quality training on Intellectual Asset Management (IAM), Knowledge Valorisation (KV), Entrepreneurship, and Standardisation.
Building on the wider IAM4RE learning ecosystem, the programme helps trainers effectively use, adapt, and deliver IAM4RE resources within different institutional and organisational contexts. Rather than introducing new subject-matter content, the Train-the-Trainer Programme focuses on facilitation, audience adaptation, pathway design, and training delivery.
Through dedicated trainer resources, practical guidance, case studies, assessment tools, and implementation materials, the programme supports the sustainable transfer and uptake of IAM4RE concepts across Europe.
