IAM4RE is built around three interconnected layers: training resources, institutional embedding guidance, and operational services. The Innovative Services sit in the third, operational layer, where knowledge developed through training and institutional embedding is translated into targeted, practice-oriented support. They are designed as an end-to-end offer covering the entire technology transfer or knowledge valorisation process, from scouting and disclosure through to spin-off creation and licensing negotiations. Individual elements can be used independently or in combination, depending on institutional needs and maturity, and are designed to be incorporated into existing institutional processes.
