The module encourages a more integrated view of strategy, where different decisions and activities are connected rather than treated in isolation.
Particular attention is given to turning strategic thinking into practical implementation. You will explore how to prioritise actions, align them with available resources and objectives and coordinate the different steps needed to support progress over time.
